Here we are back on my photography blog after a couple of weeks absence whilst my computer was away being fixed. I can’t believe that we’re almost at the end of the first term at college and whilst I’ve been shooting away on my social documentary project looking at the changing societal attitudes towards people with tattoos, I still have a long way to go! I have quite a few shoots backed up waiting to be properly processed but thought I would put some photos up from my latest shoot.

I met Holly when she booked me to photograph her wedding in July. Spotting her tattoo, I asked if I could photograph her for my project so I was delighted when she asked if I wanted to go and meet her at the tattoo parlour when she had a new one on her leg. Here’s a few images of her getting inked, plus my favourite photograph of Holly just before heading off home.
